ACTIVITIES

Day 1
Presentation of: the mobility program; participants; brief information on: host school, curriculum, study offers and examples of good practice and impediments of the development of key competencies.
Visit of the school and talk with teachers who will support demonstration activities.
The host school will present different kinds of products of students` activities and the group members will discuss the skills that pupils need to have in their work,  associated technical resources and issues. It will also be discussions about  types of assessments following PISA models used in each school; ways of developing the literacy and relationship between theory and practice, ways of organizing the learning process, evaluation and the relation school - family. 
Developing in two groups a list of active participatory methods to stimulate and amuse students. These will be included in the guide for attractive and fun activities for students. Day feedback.
Day 2
Assisting at two hours of curricular activities with students from the host school. Completion of observation sheets followed by discussions about common elements and about differences regarding the lesson scenario, communication with students, resources from the point of view of each participant.
Realizing in two groups at least 2 examples of attractive activities for stimulating literacy and numeracy to complete the guide. Day feedback.
Day 3
Two hours of extracurricular activities with the students in the host school. Fill in the observation sheets. The two groups will realize minimum two models of satisfaction questionnaire for pupils' feedback of extra-curricular activities.These will be added to the guide. Day feedback.
Day 4
Making two sets of indicators to measure the effectiveness of teacher-student and student-student interaction. Examples of specific methodologies and observation charts from each participant country will be used.
The Plan of the Common Competence Development Strategy (PCCDS) will be configured through attractive interdisciplinary activities, starting with the analysis of the needs of each school. SMART objectives will be formulated. An analysis will be made of the resources needed to conduct the activities, achieve their products and measure the progress of the objectives.The modalities for developing the necessary resources will be prefigured. Day and mobility feedback. Receiving the Europass Mobility Document. 
The expected results of the mobility:1. Guide for fun educational activities for children, which will include the Objectives, the description of the activities, the necessary resources, the way of assessing the impact on the pupils.(This guide will include the work of the mobility days.); 2. PCCDS; 8 teachers with developed competences and with European experience and Europass Mobility Documents.
The involved schools will integrate new methods, types of activities and good practices from this mobility. They will use PCCDS.
